STEAM, Motorsports Engineering & Skilled Trades
LMG engages youth through hands-on STEAM learning rooted in off-road motorsports and applied mechanical systems. This program emphasizes experiential learning, design thinking, and workforce-aligned technical skills.
Core Components include:
- Off-road motorsports and karting systems
- Small engine repair and diagnostics
- Mechanical systems and tool literacy
- Fabrication and applied engineering
- Safety protocols and shop practices
- Design thinking and problem-solving
This program builds foundational skills aligned with career and technical education, apprenticeships, and skilled trades pathways
Media, Storytelling, Cybersecurity, & Digital Creation

LMG equips youth with modern digital competencies that blend creative expression, technical literacy, and digital safety.

- Film, photography, and editing
- Digital storytelling and narrative development
- Content creation and communication

This program prepares youth to navigate, create, and protect themselves within digital environments while building transferable workforce skills.
Leadership, Life Skills, & Workforce Development
Leadership, Life Skills, & Workforce Development
Leadership, Life Skills, & Workforce Development LMG prepares youth for success in education, employment, and community life by building essential leadership and workforce readiness skills.

Wellness, Mental Health, & Resilience
LMG supports youth through trauma-informed, healing-centered practices that promote emotional regulation, safety, and stability—recognizing the critical role of family and environment in youth outcomes
Core Components include:
- Daily check-ins and grounding practices
- Emotional regulation and coping strategies
- Mindfulness, reflection, and stress management
- Relational safety and boundary setting
- Domestic violence prevention and healthy relationship education
- Digital abuse and coercive control awareness
- Whole-family engagement through education and referral support
This program emphasizes prevention, stabilization, and resilience rather than clinical treatment.
Peer Navigation, Safe Passage, & Interpersonal Violence Interruption
LMG Peer Navigators, this program provides real-time youth safety, stabilization, and conflict prevention across school and community environments.
A. Safe Passage:
- Morning arrival support
- Afternoon dismissal coverage
- Bus stop monitoring
- Escorting students through high-risk corridors
- Foot presence in school zones
- Coordination with school administrators and partners
B. Violence Interruption:
Relationship-based, youth-centered, trauma-informed, and non-enforcement.
- De-escalate conflicts before escalation
- Interrupt retaliation and “beef cycles”
- Provide real-time harm reduction
- Address social media conflict spillover
- Mediate peer disputes
- Redirect youth from unsafe situations
- Serve as credible near-peer authorities
- Offer on-the-ground emotional support
- Build trust that reduces drivers of violence
C. Youth Stabilization & Support:
- Daily check-ins
- One-on-one mentoring
- Restorative conversations
- Goal-setting and follow-through
- Attendance support
- School engagement and re-engagement
Domestic Violence Prevention, Education & Stabilization
LMG addresses the impact of domestic and interpersonal violence on youth learning, behavior, and wellbeing through prevention-focused, developmentally appropriate programming.
Core Components include:
- Domestic violence awareness education
- Healthy relationship and boundary education
- Power, control, and coercion literacy
- Youth-centered, non-clinical safety planning
- Digital abuse and cyber-harassment prevention
- Support for youth exposed to household violence
- Survivor-centered referral coordination with licensed providers
- Technical Assistance, Life Coaching, and Training.
This program strengthens prevention and early intervention while maintaining clear boundaries from clinical or emergency services
