Ignite Futures in Motion
Target Population: Ages 13–18 (Priority for zip codes 43232, 43227, 43213, 43207) Our foundational tracks focus on transforming youth disengagement into tangible economic empowerment. By providing hands-on training in STEAM, motorsports, and skilled trades, alongside vital social-emotional learning (SEL) and leadership development, we bridge the soft-skill gaps that often limit employment stability. Youth also have the opportunity to step into paid roles through our Peer Navigation program, building a powerful near-peer leadership pipeline. The result is a highly employable, trades-ready youth workforce equipped with valuable digital and industry credentials. For the community, this translates into significant public cost avoidance—reducing dropout rates, lowering foster care and justice system involvement, and driving long-term wage growth.
Target Population: Open Enrollment (Focus on high-risk and justice-impacted youth) Designed to protect and empower vulnerable youth, these tracks tackle both physical safety and the digital divide. Through our Safe Passage and Violence Interruption initiatives, we stabilize peer networks and secure safe school-to-home transitions, which significantly improves school attendance and reduces emergency responses or conflict escalation. Concurrently, our Media Hub immerses youth in digital media, cybersecurity, and digital hygiene, creating an entry-level tech workforce pipeline. By pairing community violence prevention with high-demand tech readiness, this track reduces juvenile justice and medical costs while increasing postsecondary persistence and shrinking the duration of youth unemployment.
Target Population: Caregivers requiring court navigation, domestic violence support, or Job and Family Services (JFS) linkage Recognizing that youth thrive when their homes are stable, Track 6 is dedicated to empowering caregivers and survivors. We confront family destabilization, housing insecurity, and systemic barriers by offering robust Domestic Violence Services, Court Navigation, and Housing & Education Navigation. We help survivors achieve financial independence and workforce re-entry while ensuring faster legal case resolutions and sustained schooling for their children. By stabilizing the whole family unit, this track delivers profound community ROI, significantly reducing shelter stays, repeat court involvement, ER utilization, and public costs associated with homelessness.
Beyond direct service, Lead, Mentor, & Grow Inc. actively addresses fragmented service quality across broader community systems. Our Training & Consultation Division professionalizes the youth-serving workforce to improve system-wide efficiency. By sharing our expertise, we reduce program failures and service duplication across the county, maximizing the impact of public and private funding.
